photo-19I’ve been fortunate to meet some really sweet friends since we moved to Minnesota, and I’m thrilled to have the chance to tell you about one of them today. Her name is Abby and she is quite possibly one of the most sincere and thoughtful people I know. She blesses me with encouragement constantly and is always willing to go the extra mile, most recently co-hosting a garage sale with me! She has two adorable boys who keep her busy, and on top of being a SAHM finds time to crochet beautiful handmade items. She opened up an Etsy shop called Brother Earth Boutique a little over a year ago and has had nonstop sales ever since. I’m so proud of her and how dedicated she is to her family and her business. She spends many late nights cranking out orders and does whatever it takes to make sure her customers are more than satisfied with their purchases. She is truly an inspiration to me, especially as I embark on my little headband adventure.

When she asked me to review her pacifier clips, a new addition to her shop, I was excited but honestly a little nervous. I wasn’t sure how the yarn would hold up with my girls’ constant chewing and drooling. Well, it turns out Abby knows how to make a pacifier clip that can weather any storm a teething toddler might throw at it. We’ve had them for about a month now and they’re holding up great. I also love that the clip is hidden by the crocheted flower, making it look like a brooch. I also like the style of clip she used. In the past the clips I’ve had have become weaker over time, but one doesn’t have the ability to wear out.photo-17 Pacifiers are usually reserved for bedtime and car trips, but I’ve also been so thankful to have them along at the park lately. The girls are in this stage where they put EVERYTHING in their mouths, and I’ve been happily popping them a paci to prevent them from eating wood chips and sand.IMG_0837

If you have some paci users in your house, I would highly recommend these clips! If you don’t have paci users, there is still plenty in her shop for you to check out. Here are a few favorites.
