Whenever people ask me what I like most about being a stay-at-home mom, I always tell them it’s being there during the simple moments. Getting them up from their naps, kissing their boo-boos, watching them learn a new skill, reading stacks of books, going to the park, and the list goes on and on.

Here’s a peak into some of those moments from yesterday…

These little ladies are getting closer everyday to sitting up on their own. It’s so fun to see them get stronger!sitting up

The girls and I took Baylen to get his haircut. He does so well and sits as still as can be, but the faces he makes are hilarious. Bay Haircut

I made meatloaf last night for supper, and Mckinley was my little sous chef…but then she got distracted and attacked the bottles. And one by one threw them off the counter…I think she’ll win the sit and reach contest someday.photo

Baby jeggings! I mean what isn’t to love about these?! AND, Mckinley Jo has the craziest faces.jeggings

I love spending the simple moments with these kiddos. I don’t want to miss a thing! God feels the same way about us, but times it by infinity! He is always by our side. He is omnipresent and interested in the little moments. He delights in us!

“He will take great delight in you, he will quiet you with His love, he will rejoice over you with singing.” -Zephaniah 3:17
