It’s officially launch day! I can hardly believe it because it’s been a fight to the finish! Yesterday I was convinced it wasn’t going to get done, and felt some major spiritual warfare trying to hold me back. But God is good!

My fitness and nutrition journey was radically changed when I made the decision to bring God’s grace into it. There were a lot of years when I tried to create a healthy routine with my own strength, and that led to a vicious cycle of defeat. I’d start strong, but would eventually crash and burn. Once I  realized I   couldn’t do it on my own and needed God’s help, I finally made progress and actually looked forward to pursuing a healthy lifestyle instead of dreading it.

This little ebook has been on my heart for a while. I’ve been dragging my feet because it can feel scary to dive into something new, and I was kind of like who am I to write something like this?! But God doesn’t call the qualified, He qualifies the called! The Holy Spirit kept stirring my heart to do it, and with the encouragement of some close friends here we are! This 21 day devotional is basically me gathering a list of all the struggles I’ve had as I’ve worked toward getting healthy, and sharing how inviting God into them with me has made all the difference.

I’m by no means an expert or have it all figured out, but my prayer is that these words are an encouragement to anyone who is striving to create a healthy lifestyle and who wants to do it with Jesus.

A peek inside! There are 21 days of devotionals! Each day has a bible verse to meditate on, some thoughts from me on the topic, and a prayer to center your mind in heart!

Feel free to use this devotional in a way that works best for you! If you’d like a suggestion, try reading it before your workout, to get your heart and mind focused!

God is so good and He is always there for us! I always have a hard time working out and keeping it going! Did make it 3 months with my amazing Beach body coach Stacy Johnson! Then went on vacation, got a bad cold and have been on and off since! I have been texting with Stacy today and started the 21 day fix! Than she sends me your link and I bought your devotional right away! Yes I NEED GOD by my side and starting my workouts with him will be amazing! Thanks for your dedication to help others and follow Gods lead! God Bless You!!
