CALIA By Carrie Underwood: Stay The Path

If there’s one thing I’ve learned since becoming a mom, it’s that the ordinary moments in life end up being the most beautiful ones.

It’s amazing how things can be so chaotic and crazy and yet in the middle of it all, one of my kids will give me a smile that melts my heart, and that fleeting glance reminds me that it’s all worth it.

In the end, its about finding the extraordinary in the ordinary. It’s about finding little blessings along the path of life that inspire us to keep going.

For me, I find that if I can reward myself in little ways throughout the day, I’m able to stay on track and be the person I want to be.

When I heard about Carrie Underwood’s new line of activewear, I got so excited. One, because I LOVE her and her sweet and genuine spirit. Second, because I live in activewear and was so excited to find a fresh brand with new styles.

It turns out, her mission and my mission have a lot in common. CALIA is from the greek word “kalos” which means beauty. Carrie created this line so that women could feel as beautiful on the outside as they do on the inside. She encourages women to “Stay The Path” in every aspect of their lives, whatever that might look like for them. By having beautiful clothes to work out in, we can be reminded to stay the path and get stronger everyday. We are so much stronger than we think!
