The truth is, we all have them. We all have giants in our lives. Those things that get inside our heads and tell us we can’t do it. That tell us we’re not good enough, strong enough, or smart enough, that we’ve failed so many times in the past, why try again?

What’s ALSO true is that while our giants are BIG, our GOD is bigger.

During the month of June, we’ll be coming together to fight the GIANTS in our lives. We’ll be using TRUTH to help us overcome the things in our lives that are holding us back from being the BEST versions of ourselves.

What I have learned, is that oftentimes our physical journey is a direct reflection of what’s going on our inside our hearts. When we take the time to intentionally tune in to what’s going on in our emotional lives, we can overcome our battles with weight and food.

During June, we’ll have a few different groups for you to choose from.

OVERCOMING YOUR GIANTS Boot Camps: 

  1. BEGINNER’s Boot Camp! This is for anyone who is new to fitness or who is overcoming a major setback in their journey and needs to get moving again. You will be following our NEWEST workout program, called YouV2 which is a beginners dance program to classics like Love Shack, Believe,  with a gradual incorporation of healthy eating! This is a great program for people who want to lose significant weight but want to ease into healthy living! My sister-in-law, Sarah, and I will be co-leading this group together!
  2. 3 Day Cleanse + Lose 30+ Pounds! This is for anyone who has a goal of losing 30+ pounds! Your boot camp will start with a 3 day cleanse which will help you to make a clean cut from junk food and extra calories. Many people lose 3 – 5 pounds from the cleanse, and then you’ll go on to the boot camp which will be daily accountability to get your workouts and continue with your clean eating!
  3. 3 Day Cleanse + Lose 10 – 30 Pounds! This is for anyone who has a goal of losing between 10 – 30 pounds! Your boot camp will start with a 3 day cleanse which will help you to make a clean cut from junk food and extra calories. Many people lose 3 – 5 pounds from the cleanse, and then you’ll go on to the boot camp which will be daily accountability to get your workouts and continue with your clean eating!
  4. 3 Day Cleanse + Tone & Strengthen! This is for anyone who doesn’t necessarily need to lose weight, but wants to build a little muscle and sculpt a LEAN body. Your boot camp will start with a 3 day cleanse which will help you to make a clean cut from junk food. Many people lose 3 – 5 pounds fond the cleanse, and then you’ll go on to do an intense cardio/strength training workout which will help you to lean out and see the summer body you want to!
