For My Dad…“Thank you, Lord, for giving me a Dad with an incredibly tender heart. Thank you for the ways he has always loved me, even when I didn’t deserve it, which showed me how important it is to unconditionally love others. Thank you for giving him a humble spirit, which modeled for me what it means to give You the glory for every success and accomplishment. Thank you for giving him a gift of servant leadership, that taught me the importance of putting others before myself. Thank you for his constant generosity, and for his willingness to drop anything whenever we need his help. Lord, I am forever grateful to have a Dad who loves You and loves his kids, and now grandkids so much. As he’s told us over and over, he would do anything for us, because family is what its all about. I pray that today and always my dad would know how incredible he is, because I certainly do. Thank you, Lord. You created him so perfectly to father our family!”
For My Love…“Heavenly Father, it has been an amazing privilege to watch the love of my life become a dad. Every day I see the ways my husband loves our kids, and I can’t help but praise You for the giving me the honor of parenting alongside him. He never lets a day go by without telling each of them how much he loves them. They’ll always know they are secure in our love. Thank you for the joy and laughter he brings to our family. I love how much I get to see him on the floor cracking up with our littles. Thank you for how he leads our family, and always seems to know what we need and then works hard to provide for us. I pray that our kids will always know how blessed they are to have such a hands on Daddy. We are truly blessed!”Lord, you are good. Thank you for the important role of fathers!

I meant to comment earlier. 🙂 But I love this tribute you pay to your Dad and husband! And random- but do you know where you were camping in the first picture?
