Happy Monday! I’m coming at you a day late with Moments Mommy Captured due to being a little exhausted from our fun weekend! We had family staying with us to celebrate Easter, and had a blast.
My youngest brother, Jason, and his wife Ali, drove up from Kansas City on Thursday night. They met the twins for the first time and spent much of the weekend cuddling and loving on our kids. We all wish they lived closer! Mckinley was especially interested in hugging Uncle Jason while she napped.
Aunt Ali was such a huge help over the weekend, and the girls just loved her snuggles! My parents were up here too, and Baylen had lots of fun with “Pa-pa! and Na-na!” as he calls them!On Sunday we had everyone over to our place for dinner. I’m so lucky to have amazing sister-in-laws!Despite the snow flurries, Baylen had fun on his first ever Easter egg hunt! I don’t even wanna know how many Reese’s eggs he ate…he was LOVING every minute of it. Bay was on a huge sugar high, thanks to all the yummy chocolate. Thanks to Madison and her mom, Marilyn, we were able to get some family pictures taken! This was our first picture as a family of five!Emersyn and Mckinley were quite the posers, all dolled up in the headbands we made over the weekend. (Mckinley on the left, Emersyn on the right)Daddy and Emersyn.Grandpa, Grandma, and the grandkids!I hope you had a Happy Easter too!
Blessings,
Amber
