When I think about all of you out there who are busy with your families giving all you have day after day, I often wish I could visit each and every one of you and give you a gift to take care of YOU.

Amber’s Top 3 Mom Tips
1. Remind yourself on a daily basis that YOU were chosen to be the mom to YOUR littles for a very special reason. I’m not called to be perfect, but I’m called to love them like only I can. This helps me to stop playing the comparison game and to remain confident in who I AM as a mom!
2. When you’re in the middle of the chaos, like the other day when my two year old twin daughters took off their poopy diapers and smeared them all over the wall, I try to stop and take a few seconds to breathe. Then I trying to picture myself 10 years from now when I’ll be laughing at these crazy moments, and it helps me to laugh through it so I don’t cry!
3. At least once a week, get out of the house BY YOURSELF. Go to Starbucks and read a magazine. Walk around Target aimlessly. Do whatever you want, but DO IT.
