One of the things I love about being a Beachbody Coach is that I have a program for everyone. We’ve been working really hard to beef up our Beachbody On Demand library over the last few years, and there is SOMETHING for every personality type and fitness level. 

If it’s been a while since you tried our workouts, we are no longer using old school DVDs! Everything is digital now. Essentially Beachbody On Demand (BOD) is the NETFLIX OF WORKOUTS.  You open up your app from at home or the gym, and you’ll see EVERY workout program that we’ve ever created, at your fingertips. All you have to do is push play! 

It’s pretty crazy to think that what started as P90X has now expanded into so much more!  Like many people I talk to, my Beachbody journey started with P90X. 

After Jake and I got married and had gained that “HAPPY and IN LOVE weight,” we turned to P90X to help us!

One night we were hanging out in our 7th floor apartment, when a commercial for P90X came across our screen. 30 seconds later, I was calling the toll free number, ordering the mega pack.

??‍♀️ It arrived in the mail, and every night after work we’d shove the coffee table to the side of the living room, and we’d get our ? kicked by Tony Horton. It was intense, and we loved it. We didn’t finish every single workout, but it helped us to create a healthy lifestyle that we continued long after.

Little did I know, 8 years later I’d partner with the creators of P90X and Insanity to coach other people to create a healthy lifestyle too!

Maybe it was because I started with a hard core program, but INTENSE workout programs still have my heart to this day! I try every program that comes out in the library because I want to be able to know exactly what I’m recommending to my clients, but my all time favorite workouts are the ones that push me to my limit. 

This is why I’m SO excited about our NEWEST workout program, 6 Weeks Of The WORK, launching on September 30th! We don’t always launch a workout program in the FALL, but this is a BONUS program to get us in the BEST SHAPE of our lives before the end of the year!
