Here we are at the end of 2022! What a year it’s been. I’m sure we can all look back and think about the highs and the lows of the year and all we have to be thankful for, along with the areas we were hoping to make a little more progress on.

The best advice I can give anyone who is feeling discouraged about their lack of progress in their fitness journey, is to NOT let guilt and shame overcome you. That’s the worst thing you can do! Instead, let’s look ahead to the new year as a fresh start to take more action and make forward progress!

I’m so excited for my January Fit Clubs! Over the last couple of months I’ve been working really hard at making a comeback in my fitness journey. Here’s a side by side photo – the photo on the left was me on November 1st, and the photo on the right is me at the end of December! I’m down 12 pounds, several inches, my clothes fit well again, and I’m so glad I drew a line in the sand and went from good to great! I’m feeling so encouraged and excited to help other women make some simple tweaks that will make all the difference!
